DAY 1
Fly Cape Town. Private transfer to hotel. Cable Car up Table Mountain

A driver-guide will be waiting at the bottom of the plane steps to whisk you through Custom formalities and take you to your hotel for settle in and rest.

Afternoon take the cable car up the magical Table Mountain. It never fails to leave a lasting impression on all as you survey the vistas of the city and peninsula.

DAY 2
Cape Peninsula Tour incl. Chapmans Peak, Boulders beach, Kirtsenbosch

Full day tour of the Cape Peninsula, via Chapman's Peak on one of the world's most breathtaking coastal drives. Visits include the funicular to the top of the Peninsula to witness the symbolic meeting of the Indian and Atlantic Oceans, Boulders Beach to visit the African Penguin breeding colony and Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden which is world-renowned for the beauty and diversity of its Cape flora.

DAY 3
Day at leisure

This day is a day for you to explore and relax on your own or there are some fascinating A La Carte optional extras.

DAY 4
Great White Shark Breach

This is the only place in the world where Great White Shark breaching occurs regularly. See these deadly hunters strike unsuspecting seals from below, launching their whole body out of the water.

After this spectacle a diving cage is lowered for those that want to get up "close and personal" face to face with a Great White. Wetsuits and Masks are supplied.

Sightings have been averaging as high as 95% of trips during peak season.

DAY 5
Winelands Private Tour

A specialist guide will take you for a full day in the Winelands. Visit Paarl with its mountain setting; Franschhoek - founded by French Huguenots over 350 years ago, and now regarded as the culinary capital of South Africa, and Stellenbosch with its fine examples of Cape Dutch architecture.

3 Wine tastings and a cellar tour are included at premier estates and a stop will be made for lunch in a memorable location (Please note lunch is not included).

DAY 6
Self drive to Hermanus for Whale Watching by boat and stay at Marine Hotel

Hermanus is regarded by the WWF as being 1 of the top 3 places in the world to get really close to seeing Whales. The Whales often come within 3-4 m of the boat! While on these trips huge schools of dolphins and seals are also often encountered.

DAY 7
Cliff Walk Whale Watching and then Self drive to Fly back to UK after your Cape Town Wildlife Holiday

Enjoy a morning stroll along the cliff path which hugs the coastline giving you unlimited opportunities to study the whales lolling just beyond the breakers or in the coves below. From the path whale watchers can often get to within 20m of whales cruising the coves.

Afternoon drive back to the airport for evening flight home after your special weekend away. Alternatively go on safari in South Africa or Botswana.

For a relaxing end to the day take a 90 min sunset sail around Table Bay whilst sipping a glass of champagne. Either have a picnic on board or return to the waterfront for dinner.

The best way to see the penguins of Boulders Beach is from the sea. See them up close and personal on this 2 hr kayak trip as they streak past and under you.
