DAY 1
Fly to Luxor and transfer to Sonesta St George for the start of your Luxury Nile Cruise
On arrival at Luxor airport you will be assisted with your Visa prior to a private driver transfer to the Sonesta St George for one of the most romantic weeks in your life. This will indeed be a luxury week break.
DAY 2
Private Guided visit to the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, the Colossi of Memnon and Ramesseum.
A private guide will take you to the Valley of the Kings in Upper Egypt which contains many of the tombs of pharaohs from the New Kingdom, including Ramsess the Great. Nearby is the mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut which you will visit. After the Valley of Kings tour continue to see the famous 'Colossi of Memnon'. These massive quartzite statues which once flanked the entrance to Amenhotep III's mortuary temple now stand virtually alone in a field.
DAY 3
Sail to Edfu, Private Guided Tour of Temple of Horus, Galabeya Party

Today you will be driven through the desert to explore the sand dunes and to see the extraordinary sight of fossilized skeletons of whale in the sand, some dating back to 38 million years ago!
The skeletons found include sharks, whales, giant turtles, sea shells and mammals including primates. You will see 4 or 5 skeletons.
