Using only ice and snow for material the ICEHOTEL is constructed anew every year by artists from around the globe during every Nov and Dec, It melts away during late spring.
To sleep in a themed Art Suite is a surreal once in a lifetime experience. The temperature inside the ICEHOTEL is a constant -5 degrees Celsius. The bed you sleep on is a comfortable thick mattress that rests on a wooden base. The bed is covered with reindeer hides and you sleep in a Arctic sleeping bag.

The Aurora houses feature a glass roof enabling you to view the Northern Lights from bed while the Kaamos offers a more luxurious and conventional accommodation choice.
