Icebreaker & Snow Castle Kemi Adventure

You will be met at the airport for your private transfer to the Cumulus hotel to start your unusual short break.

After dinner at the hotel (not included) you will start your Finnish adventure as you set off in search of the Northern Lights driving your snowmobiles through snow covered forest and onto the frozen sea.

Stop for a hot drink by the campfire, and hopefully experience the magical sight of the Northern Lights, before returning by snowmobile. Overnight in Kemi.

Today is the highlight! Drive on the frozen sea on snowmobiles in search of the Sampo Ice Breaker. Stop to try some ice fishing along the way.

Continue to meet the magnificent Sampo Icebreaker, were upon boarding you will enjoy a magical 3 hr voyage where the vessel will break virgin ice, (during which time you will be served a soup lunch), You will also enjoy the unique experience of swimming in the icy sea wearing thermal dry suits!!. End the day by snowmobiling back to Kemi.

Early evening visit the Snowcastle, built every year entirely from snow! There are 21 rooms including a honeymoon suite, ice chapel, ice bar and finally a stunning restaurant, which you are free to explore. Overnight in Kemi.

After breakfast a private transfer will take you to the husky farm, where after instruction you will become a musher (driver!) for a husky dog sleigh ride. Enjoy a 3 hour adventure, taking in the exhilarating nature and silent beauty around you, stop for hot drinks and snacks in a Lappish kota-tepee.

Afterwards transfer to the airport where you can change prior to your flight home after your special weekend break.
