Tsars New Years Eve Ball at Catherines Palace St Petersburg Helpful Information

Founded in 1703 by Peter the Great as a ‘window on the West’, and named in honour of St. Peter, St. Petersburg is a testament to the grandeur of Imperial Russia under the Tsars.

With its Imperial past, St. Petersburg is one of the most fascinating and beautiful cities to visit at any time of year.
