The Treehotel
In the High North deep inside the woods, where the tree tops touch the sky, there is a place inspired by friendship, designed with genius, made by magic, perfect & pure.

The treehotel comprises 5 unique themed Tree Rooms, created by 6 separate architects. These are the Mirrorcube, Bird's Nest,Cabin, Blue Cone and the UFO.
In addition there is a sauna and relaxation area and nearby Brittas Pensionat where meals are served.
The rooms are set between 4-6 meters from the ground in pine trees and rooms are accessed by either a ramp or sturdy stairs.
Every Tree Room has its own living and sleeping areas and is equipped with a state of the art eco-friendly incineration toilet and water efficient hand basin, which means there is no artificial plumbing.
The emphasis is on running the hotel consistent with values of low impact on the surrounding forest and every aspect of the operation compliments this aim << Hide details

Located within a stones throw of the Treehotel this wonderfully hospitable small Pensionat is a wonderful contrast to the Uber chic Treehotel

Set over 3 floors with 5 spacious twin bedded rooms with shared bathrooms, this is the perfect place to get a great night's sleep after a day exploring the arctic wilderness on snowmobiles!
The candlelit basement houses a sauna and tiled bath and can be hired on a private basis. Have a chat with Brittas on arrival if you would like some private time.

The Lodge Sorbyn
The Lodge in Sorbyn looks out over a frozen lake surrounded by pine forests. A small 7 bedroom lodge and a few lakeside cabins comprise this small hotel. The real gem is the restaurant.
