We spend a great deal of time keeping in touch with developments in the countries in our programme so that we can continually refine what we offer you. You may only visit some of these places once in your life so we want to ensure that you always remember it!

We work with the best local people in each destination and therefore are able to offer you a detailed service delivered with passion from people who care.

We organize a significant number of trips for clients celebrating a key milestone! Whether it is your wedding anniversary, birthday or you wish to get married abroad we have a range of special experiences to help turn your day into something very memorable.

Romantic Escapes

Sometimes the possibilty to escape and indulge in a new experience  is essential. Whether this is for a wedding anniversary or key birthday or just a short escape we have a series of romantic weekend breaks designed to allow you to relax and  experience something you may have always wanted to do! From Vienna and Venice with a twist, to the Amalfi Coast, Verona Opera and Grape Treading in Portugal. For something a little bit different Morocco, Jordan and the Nile all offer wonderful possibilities. 

Unique Events

There are some annual events that are on many people's list of things to do in a lifetime. In many cases these events are difficult to do well. We have tried in all cases to get privileged access to exclusive events such as the Siena Palio, Verona Opera, Ballo Del Doges Masked Ball at the Venice Carnival, the Tsars Ball in St Petersburg and more.

Private Discovery

Group Experiences

Breaks where extra fun can be gained with a group of friends or family. The Ballo Del Doge at Venice Carnival, Hunting the Northern Lights, Ice Rally Driving and New Years Eve celebrations come to mind. We can often organize private accommodation from Wilderness or Desert camps to private Riads, and private activities such as exclusive balconies overlooking the Palio, Hot Air Balloon Trips and unique restaurants.  

Kevin Collins

Kevin grew up in the wilds of Africa and with family scattered all over the world was introduced to long haul travel from an early age. This turned into a lifelong passion which he has been fortunate to turn into a successful career. Having spent 20 years in marketing roles in a variety of business environments Kevin set up Weekend a la Carte to provide the kind of experiential breaks that are increasingly being sought after by clients eager to find enriching ways of spending valuable leisure time.

Abigail Street

Abigail has spent 20 years in Marketing and Product Development, and over 25 years avidly travelling around the globe. New experiences are her passion and as a result her travel has been as varied as partying at the Carnival in Brazil, Hiking in the Yukon, diving in the Cocos Islands and living with an Aboriginal community in Australia. Creating unique new breaks with new experiences is her forte!

Suzanne Wade

Suzanne is from Dublin and with a husband in the military could do a good line in adrenalin rousing breaks. She keeps us all in order with an eye for detail that is a perfect counterbalance for the creative energy that drives us to provide more interesting travel solutions.

Hannah Netting

Hannah has travelled widely, and learning about the local culture is a key part of travel for her. Her highlight has been her visit to Swedish Lapland where her love of dogs went into overload as she stayed on a husky farm .

Graeme Armstrong

Graeme heads up Incentive a la Carte and looks after group and corporate clients and has a world of travel experience based on running incentive schemes for many large international clients. Graeme’s eye for detail and communication will ensure that clients are offered the best opportunities to maximise their investment.

ATOL is a protection scheme for flights and air holidays managed by the Civil Aviation Authority (CCA). £2.50 per passenger is added onto the cost of your trip and is paid into the ATOL insurance protection scheme
