Start you Oman Holiday with a stay at the Al Bustan Palace Hotel in Muscat with its brand new Spa

The Al Bustan Palace Hotel in Muscat, Oman, offers the ultimate relaxation and indulgence combined with water sport activities for those with a bit more energy. Volleyball, Snorkelling, a Gymn and various fitness sessions are offered as well as 4 lagoon pools and a tremendous infinity pool.

However in September 2015 the offer for those looking to ease out of the daily stresses will be enhanced by a new Spa. This is not a area that is a "nod towards offering Spa Treatments" but a comprehensive Spa built on 3 levels over 33,000 sq feet. It will offer a huge range of local massages , facials, wellness therapies and body and beauty treatments by expert spa therapists.

There will also be a Ladies only area for those who really want to totally switch off. Reflecting traditional Oman design, the spa will complement the hotel featuring domed ceilings, elegant arched walkways and columns, falaj water channels, and reflecting pools.

A perfect place to relax and unwind before you set off on your exploration of the mysteries and wonders of Oman. Weekend a la Carte  has two super breaks that shares with you the best Oman has to offer.

We would recommend late Sept to early April as the best time to visit Oman as the weather is pleasant between mid 20's to early 30's degrees celcius. Oct-Jan is the core time as it offers a good balance of pleasant temperature, and good chance of seeing the Nesting Turtles. So a Spa opening this October ties in beautifully to a trip to Oman in 2015!
