It is a natural extension suited to our coming of age and as with all Tongabezi ventures it has been a number of years in the making. The house has two bedrooms with en suite, private pool and garden. It's specially geared towards families travelling together and the service is backed up with a fabulous range of activities and meals created specifically for children.
At Weekend a La Carte we have pulled together 4 different Botswanan safari environments for you to experience. Each has a unique habitat with very different game experiences.
Chobe-Contains the largest elephant population in Africa, and offers close game encounters from river boats
Okavango- Offers four of the big five experience with abundant wildlife and birdlife
Kalahari Desert- A chance to experience true remoteness and absolute isolation
Savute – Your chance to see vast herds during the migrations, as well as cheetah and leopards.
Each of the 4 different African safari environments is modular and can be combined. We would recommend combining at least 3 safari environments so as to give yourself the best chance of seeing different wildlife and experiencing different habitats. Each stay is suggested as 2-3 nights long.
Finally we also offer a stay in order to see the mighty Victoria Falls. A must when visiting this part of the world. This is a wonderful way to celebrate a wedding anniversary or special occasion.
