Travel Insurance Form

It is a condition of travelling with Weekend a la Carte that you have adequate Travel Insurance Cover when making a booking.

When travelling to destinations such as Finland, Greenland, Iceland or Sweden. It is essential that your Travel Insurance includes Winter Sports cover – particularly for such activities as Dog Sledging, Snowmobiling, and Skiing etc.
